Raquel is a highly respected apartment syndicators renowned for helping investors obtain new levels of financial literacy, growth, and independence. She, with her husband Kyle, holds an extensive history involving the intricacies of real estate syndication, ROI optimization, and multi-million-dollar flipping and construction management profile. Raquel lives in Dallas, Texas, with her husband Kyle and their two sons, Derick and Sebastian.

Kyle holds a large inventory of investing and business successes with Raquel that have inspired them to alliance in Adkin Estates. Kyle is an Army veteran who brings with him a rich background in construction management, proactively building $100M+ in opulent single-family homes and $150M+ in commercial building ground-up construction. Kyle lives in Dallas, Texas, with Raquel and their two sons, Derick and Sebastian.

Anshu is an Engineer and worked as a Chip Designer for over 20 years. He started investing in the Real Estate around 12 years ago by buying stressed properties in California and extended his portfolio with multifamily properties across 5 states. He is a skilled underwriter, a passive investor in 2,000+ doors, and loves to organize local RE meetup groups. His passion is to help people invest in the real estate and achieve financial freedom.
